Welcome to Customer Horizons!  Customer Horizons is a Learning Group devoted to supporting the business growth of its members. In a trusted, confidential setting senior managers from non-competing, large organisations meet quarterly to develop their knowledge about the latest customer thinking.  Members of the group share at least three personal attributes – they have a passion for customers, they want to learn about the leading practices in the area of customer management and they are prepared to contribute to group learning.

 

Members meet in a  peer-to-peer environment to discuss previously agreed customer management and customer experience business challenges and opportunities. Each session includes a presentation or workshop with an expert speaker who provides insights and approaches that can be implemented in member companies. These sessions are followed by member debate and idea generation to reach better decisions around business execution.  Every meeting is professionally facilitated to deliver one or more of the following in each member present;

 

-           Inspiration to try something new

-           practical learning about how to achieve better results

-           thorough understanding of the topic

 

The meetings, although structured, are informal and members network in their country group with the opportunity of engaging with international groups and/or international member organisations. Members benefit from a much broader outlook and from the experiences and insights of the expert speakers and fellow members.  An on-line resource library is an added benefit. 

 

Membership is by invitation only. An annual fee is charged to cover costs, but this is a non profit making venture .
