REAP Consulting is a Management Consulting Group focused on Customer Management and Customer Experience as the means to improve business performance.
The Group operates globally and has offices in both South Africa and the UK. It has exclusive access to many tools and methodologies developed internally or sourced from leading, expert organisations, including CMAT™; the world-leading corporate competency assessment for Customer Management.
These tools and techniques are brought together into the Customer Framework™, an integrated set of world-class capabilities in Customer Management. The Framework enables organisations to adopt a single, comprehensive model of Customer Management and access support for each element with a ‘plug & play’ mix of tools, expertise and methodologies that share a common philosophy. These complementary tools can be used individually but when applied collectively, they build on the outputs of each individual element to provide a comprehensive and cohesive roadmap to success.
The Customer Framework™ is underpinned by the Group’s exclusive access to the CMAT™ benchmarking database of over 300,000 data points from nearly 800 assessments across all 5 continents. The Framework is further strengthened by REAP Consulting’s access to many leading Industry Bodies and Academic Institutions, as well as the Group’s reputation for its own challenging and insightful thought leadership.
REAP Consulting also facilitates local groups of Customer Futures, the internationally renowned network of highly personalized and interactive learning groups, designed as a catalyst to the delivery of a distinctive customer experience and clear strategic business priorities.
Assignments undertaken by REAP Consulting are only resourced by experienced, highly motivated practitioners, each with a manic focus on client delivery. Each practitioner is capable of working individually, as part of a REAP Consulting team or as an ‘insourced’ part of a client’s own team. Clients are never paying to train a REAP Consulting person and never encouraged to take more resources than they need.
